Becca Nelson's path into real estate started at the front desk of a real estate office in 2011 and she was hooked. She got her license in 2012 and has spent the years since building a career on the same hustle and attention to detail that got her started, selling hundreds of homes eastern Idaho, where her career began, and the Phoenix Valley where she's since made her home.
Becca loves the connection between these two markets and brings that dual perspective to every client relationship. Whether guiding a first-time home buyer through their very first purchase, helping an investor build their portfolio, navigating a luxury transaction, or helping a snow birder with their "warmer" second home in AZ, Becca approaches each deal with the same energy and care.
Outside of real estate, Becca is all about family. She and her husband are enjoying life as empty nesters, soaking up every minute together, and she lights up talking about her three children, three amazing in-law kids, and three grandkids.

Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
